Insights

The Insights menu is the entrance to the powerful data analysis and reporting capabilities of the Software Suite. Each menu option accesses a different report type or tool.

At the top-right of most report pages are important controls:

• Subscriptions: Reports can be accessed through the Portal, or emailed to users automatically via subscription. Some reports permit weekly and monthly subscription and others monthly only.
• Export: Reports can be exported to PDF with all graphs and charts, or to CSV format for raw data processing in another application
• Time and date range: These controls limit the data shown to a specific time and date range.
